Michelle and Larry have an amazing line or wines.  They do mainly Rhone varietals and blends of those.  They are up and coming and doing their best to get out and let people taste what they have to offer.  And my opinion is that they are at the tipping point.  Robert Parker recently reviewed their wines and they did very well, scoring in the mid 90’s.

The tasting room is located in the Maltby area near Snohomish Washington.  So, it’s not the easiest place to get to.  But believe me — it’s worth it.  It’s about a 20 minute drive from Everett or Snohomish.  They are open several times a month for Friday night tastings.  The night I was there, I saw over 40 people there.  So, people are definitely interested.

Larry loves his Rhone varietals and his Cabernet Sauvignon.  His Cab is outstanding.  And he let me try the newly bottled Cabernet and it was fabulous.  But I promised to stay silent about it for now.  The Syrah, Grenache and Mourvedre blends are amazing.  They are completely Cotes du Rhone Village style, but they remind me more of very good Chateauneuf-du-Pape.

Check these guys out while the price-point is still reasonable.
