Patricia Green Cellars

We had never been to the Willamette Valley winery area before.  We’d driven up I-5 many times, but had never gotten off the beaten path into the winery areas.  And you really do need to get off the beaten path to reach many of these wineries.  It is interesting that when you get back into the winery region you find more orchards than vineyards.

The Patricia Green tasting room was once a residence that had been lovingly reclaimed as a very cool tasting room.

Our host was amazing.  He knew we were industry and really went out of his way to give us a great overview of each wine and even pour a couple things that were not on the flight list.

The Patrician Green pinots were outstanding.  There were many individual vineyards and individual clones to try.  There were so many more wines available that were not poured that we felt like we wanted to buy the ones we were not able to try just to see if we were missing something.

The wines were all amazing and the price-point was quite good.  Club members and industry folks get a very good deal.
