Stags’ Leap Winery

Located in the Stags Leap District, this might be one of the prettiest properties in the valley.  It is a little hard to find.  The sign is really small!

But the property is so pretty.  The house is amazing, so amazing.  The interior is just gorgeous.  On the tour you get to see the speakeasy that the owner used to use during prohibition.  It was a pretty cool system using a post office front to gain access to the basement speakeasy.

The wines are very good.  the one we really liked was the Twelve Falls Red Blend.  They do a great job with their wines and have a deep bench of bottlings to choose from.  

This place is a must-see!
