Three sticks is a lovely stop just a half block off Sonoma Square. The tasting room is in an abode house — and I have to say I wasn’t sure where it was. For some reason I didn’t see the sign. But dang, the interior is just amazing. The person who curated the seating, wall hangings, tables, and other furniture items is a genius. It is beautiful inside no matter with direction you look. They also have quite a bit of seating outside.
You’re going to find many of the familiar vineyard names here on their Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wines. Yes, another Gap’s Crown, but you can never have too many of these wonders.
The wines are delightful, minerally, with lovely body and flavor. And the tastings are lovely events where you’re given time to enjoy the ample pours. It’s worth the visit if you’re in the area.
